The carnivore diet can be an amazing tool for weight loss, but staying consistent is usually the hardest part. Motivation comes and goes. Life gets busy. And it’s easy to fall into that cycle of starting strong, falling off, and feeling frustrated with yourself.

In today’s episode, Jeff and I talk honestly about what it looks like to get back on track with carnivore, rebuild discipline, and stop waiting to feel motivated to take care of yourself. A big theme we keep coming back to is something simple, but powerful:

Choose your hard.

Because being uncomfortable in the gym is hard. Saying no to cravings is hard. Starting over is hard.
But so is feeling stuck in your body. So is being tired all the time. So is not showing up as your best self for the people you love.

We also talk about something that really hit home for me:

You’d die for your kids… but would you live for them?

If you’re thinking about starting carnivore again, struggling with consistency, or just need a reminder that you’re not alone in this, this conversation is for you.

nice to meet you

For the majority of my life I've had a wonky relationship with food. I was 100% an emotional eater and was finally able to heal my relationship with food. Eating this way has changed everything. I no longer obsess about food. Desires to binge on my old comfort foods are gone. My energy is though the roof and I've never felt better. I have improved my mental health, my mood and I can honestly say that I am THRIVING. I am here to support you in any way that I can as you heal your body with food.
