A 2-Minute Cereal Replacement

If you’re looking for something as quick as cereal in the morning, but carnivore and protein-forward, this yogurt bowl is it.

Creamy yogurt + cookies & cream protein + crunchy topping. Simple. Fast. Filling.

No prep. No baking. Just mix and eat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
  • 1 scoop Equip Prime Protein (Cookies & Cream)
  • Pork rinds, crushed (for crunch)

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup of your favorite plain yogurt to a bowl.
