I’ve been using this batter recipe for just about everything! You can make as waffles, fry up as little pancakes, throw in the air fryer for crackers or biscuits, it’s been so versatile!

For the batter:

1/4 C Pork Panko (https://amzn.to/40rPd4E)

1 Egg

1 tbsp melted butter (or tallow)

Mix all together and make into 2 mini waffles

    I love this recipe. I use my mini dash’ and use in place of a hamburger bun for dinners and in place of a bagels for a breakfast sandwich.
