These Carnivore Cream Cookies are soft, lightly sweet, and incredibly simple — made with just 5 animal-based ingredients and ready in about 15 minutes. They’re perfect if you want a quick, high-fat treat that stays aligned with carnivore or animal-based eating. No flour, no nuts, no gluten, no gums — just clean, minimal ingredients that come together fast.
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream powder (or milk powder)
2 tbsp monkfruit/allulose blend
1 egg
1 tsp gelatin
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix all dry ingredients (cream powder, sweetener, gelatin). Add the egg + vanilla and mix until a thick dough forms. Scoop into 6 small mounds (instead of “blobs,” lol) onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Carnivore Cookies

Hi Courtney!
Im wondering if it could be possible to substitute liquid drops of monkfruit instead of the powdered allulose blend. It seems like it would change the cookies because of the wet to dry ratio. If I attempt this variation, I will let you know, but if you have any insight on substitutions, let me know! Thanks!
Hey Dion,
You’re right. Liquid monk fruit will change the texture since it doesn’t provide structure like powdered allulose. If you try it, start with just a few drops and expect a softer cookie. I’d love to hear how it goes!
I have been searching for carnivore cookies. I wonder if spices could be added?
Dion, how did they turn out?
Hi Cindy,
Yes! I keep it simple for those doing a more strict approach, but if spices work well for you, cinnamon would be lovely here. Always do what feels best for your body.
I’m just gonna say that these are pretty darn amazing with a slab of salted butter. Enjoy.
Yay! So you glad you enjoyed the recipe : )
Do you think I could leave out the sweetener?
Yes, you can absolutely leave out the sweetener.
Just know the texture and flavor will shift a bit. The monkfruit/allulose blend adds a slight sweetness and also helps with browning and that more “cookie-like” finish. Without it, these will be more neutral, almost like a lightly vanilla cream biscuit.
If you prefer things less sweet or fully unsweetened, it still works, just don’t expect that classic cookie vibe.
You can also:
Add a pinch of salt to balance the flavor
Use a little extra vanilla if you want more depth
Or mix in something like chocolate chips if you still want that contrast
Bottom line: totally flexible. Adjust based on what feels sustainable and tastes good to you : )
