They’re fluffy, slightly sweet, and actually feel like bread without any of the junk.
We made a batch and they were gone in minutes. Family devoured them.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Instructions
Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
Spoon onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Makes 6 buns.
Bake at 320°F for about 15 minutes, until lightly golden and set.
